Our technical specialists for this project, Rajith Buddhika and Jayantha Basnayake visited Eliya Divulwewa on the 27th of November (last Thursday) to conduct final checks on the location where the water purification unit will be built. They have also finalised the checks for water samples in order to prepare the filters according to the water quality of that location.

We will travel to Eliya Divulwewa on the 7th December (Sunday) to meet with the officials and representatives of the village. We plan to form a committee from the village who will be responsible for supporting the build and ongoing maintenance of the unit. We will be providing the necessary funding to start the civil construction work required on the location where the unit will be installed.
